ABOUT PAUL HOWLEY

Too many change programmes fail to deliver the transformational benefits that were promised. That’s why I set up my consultancy business to use the skills and learning that I’ve built up over 35 years of using technology to deliver transformational outcomes for customers and colleagues. As someone who has operated as an enterprise leader at C-suite and Board level across Technology, Transformation and Operations, I understand the challenges that regulated businesses face. I use this experience to provide Boards, Executive teams, change and operational teams with the skills and confidence to ensure they maximise the benefits of their change programmes. Whilst many people focus on change methodology, I also focus on the psychology of change and how to inspire people so they willingly come on the journey. A key part of this is creating hope for the future amongst colleagues that then enables truly transformational outcomes to be delivered for customers. I’m a purpose-led leader who creates psychological safety where people feel able to try things out, fail fast and take the learnings. I make a point of listening to diverse voices from colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned when it comes to delivering customer outcomes.
