About Paul Herrerias
My background includes over 25 years in retained executive search and coaching for high-performance business teams. Previously I worked as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, and as an entrepreneur. In addition to recruiting key executives, I teach on the topics of ethics, leadership, and career success. I also have served on various boards of directors, including the California Society of CPAs; Human Resource Association\'s Northern California chapter; multiple homeowner associations; professionals associations, university alumni groups; and church groups.
