Advising four CPOs I built the People Solutions PMO at Cox Enterprises. Through this PMO I led Cox’s transformative employee experience program, EXLab, a myriad of COVID related activities, and established a portfolio prioritization process for aligning strategy to functional team roadmaps.Introducing Human Centered Design Thinking into the Cox culture this PMO redesigned specific Cox HR practices: Performance Management, PTO, Internal Mobility, VOE, Onboarding, and Remote Work standardization. During COVID, the PMO led the creation of Cox’s Work Reimagined program to transition Cox’s workforce from onsite to a hybrid workforce. This included the creation of the award winning, Team Agreement, where teams worked together to set the best times for onsite collaboration vs. strictly remote work. Post EXLab the PMO introduced a portfolio management process to advise the executive team on how to align capital and human resources more effectively towards strategic goals.
