   I am responsible for leading the technology strategy, data governance and security, IT infrastructure and service delivery for Long Home Products. I work closely with our senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization-Realizing Maximum Value from Application Portfolio: Lead initiative to centralize all software and technology vendor contracts in an ongoing effort to eliminate redundant applications, more effectively negotiate contract terms and gain additional value from our application-related expenses-In the first 9 months of the program, we’ve realized over $300K in savings-Delivering Additional Value from External Partners: Renegotiated contract terms with existing MSP and other vendors resulting in an annual savings of $210K while still maintaining high levels of network security and escalated support -Modernizing Technical Capabilities: Leading ongoing efforts to create improvements to internal IT processes in an effort to modernize IT operations-Implementing SSO and user provisioning in all supported business applications and platforms-Migrating all on-prem file shares to SharePoint and other cloud solutions in an effort to more effectively support a primarily remote workforce-Creating Efficiency Through Process Improvement and Supportive Solution Implementation: Collaborate on an ongoing basis with all departments to identify and streamline cross-functional processes-Work with internal teams and external developers to design software and system solutions to further enhance these processes and reduce bottlenecks through automation of repetitive tasks, enhanced data flow via systems integrations and increased data visibility through Power BI and other reporting tools.
