I am head of the employment and labour team for EMEA based in London and specialising in all aspects of employment law including litigation. Although based in London many of the projects I work on and the clients I advise are global in nature.I am lucky enough to have been mentioned as a leading practitioner in most of the recognised employment and labour law directories.Particular expertise includes board room disputes, outsourcing, high value discrimination claims, global HR strategy implementation, corruption and fraud in the workplace, business transfers, whistleblowing and international project management.My practice tends to focus on the following sectors: financial services, technology (including brands and professional services) and transport. I am general employment counsel and trusted adviser to some of the largest organisations in the world, giving advice and guidance on domestic and international HR strategy.
