As a member of Daimler\'s management team, I am involved in all facets of the company\'s development and preconstruction activities including site selection, land acquisition, plan/zoning approval, entity formation, project financing (both debt and equity), partnership matters, and contract negotiation and execution. In addition, I am responsible for identification of land development opportunities - from identification through acquisition - and am principally responsible with the positioning of Daimler\'s real estate portfolio for permanent financing or disposition in the investment sales market following stabilization.
