The solution includes Request Management that encompasses applications, data, and process automation to enhance the manageability of the work request process through Maximo Work Order Tracking and freely licensed Create Service Request and View Service request applications that are part of Self-Service application group. The Request Management solution is integrated with National Grid Geographic Information System (GIS) through Maximo Spatial integration in order to display the locations and critical attributes for each work order on the map tab.
