I joined ERI in 2004 and became a Partner in the firm in 2020. I currently serve as the Co-Head of ERI’s Acquisitions team and I am responsible for deal origination, underwriting, valuing, negotiating, and executing opportunistic real estate transactions across multiple asset types including self-storage facilities, industrial properties and multifamily residential communities.
