ABOUT PAUL GARDNER
Paul is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and graduated from St. Thomas More Catholic High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2001, where he was also a member of the LSU Track and Field team. Paul obtained his law degree from Loyola University of New Orleans, School of Law, in 2005. After law school, Paul returned to Lafayette and began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn C. Castle, Chief Judge of the 15th Judicial District Court, State of Louisiana. Paul’s practice primarily focuses on the examination of title and real estate transactions. Before joining Olson & O’Neill (Prime Title), Paul spent several years representing and advising lawyers, real estate agents, and insurance agents in connection with professional liability claims. He has extensive litigation experience, including first chair trial experience. Paul resides in Lafayette with his wife Lauren and two daughters, Jillian and Libby.
