ABOUT PAUL GAGNON
As a Private Service Professional in the Home Watch and Estate Management field, I make it my personal mission to guarantee the perfect execution to my clients vision of their private estates. Unlike many estate managers, my reach extends to managing the staff for multiple rental properties that generate reliable revenue for my principals. In particular, I have gained in-depth knowledge of business operations as part of my collaboration with Family Offices to manage an estate’s budget, reconcile P&L, and manage payroll. While most estate managers can cite all the details of a demanding luxury property, my experience extends into such unique features as a 40+-slip marina, an event venue, and a fleet of watercraft. In addition, I am accustomed to prioritizing the needs of various properties and teams of staff. On any given day, I might lead the staff to follow the emergency procedures to prepare for a hurricane or assist the housekeeper with polishing the silver. My earlier career led me straight to estate management. I honed my security skills as a police officer, traveled with HNW individuals as a New England Patriots employee, and worked with multiple properties in real estate. I am thankful to my clients for trusting me with their projects since I love solving problems and finding improvement opportunities.
