With over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise geospatial and mobile solutions, I combine deep GIS expertise with a strong track record of technical leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence. My background spans ESRI COTS, open source, and SaaS platforms—deployed across natural hazards, resource management, and utility infrastructure projects for NGOs, utilities, and government agencies.Today, I serve as a trusted liaison and technical lead supporting PG & E\'s mobile vegetation management workflows. I lead production releases, resolve critical defects, and manage end-to-end deployments across environments—all while ensuring system stability and stakeholder alignment. I also pioneer DevOps and GitHub workflows to support continuous integration, traceability, and SDLC-aligned releases.Hands-on field experience—from GPS surveying in the remote Northwest to training conservation groups in Mexico, Nicaragua, and Hawaii—gives me a unique perspective on the needs of mobile users and real-world constraints. That insight continues to guide my focus on reliability, compliance, and user-centered design.Known for driving cross-functional coordination, I provide direct support to field teams, facilitate feedback loops, and document processes for both domestic and offshore contributors.
