I formed Realworld Consulting Ltd at the beginning of 2005. I started out delivering a broad range of leadership development workshops and coaching, but in 2007 I ran our first survey. I started to run more and more employee surveys and in 2017 I realised that we could provide an even better service by developing our own survey platform, which went live in 2018.Since 2005 I have grown our client base to work with organisations big and small across a range of sectors. In 2023 I changed the company name to Realworld Employee Surveys Ltd to more accurately reflect our core business. All of the work I do is around helping organisations create more engaging cultures.
