PAULETTE RAO, MCC, BCC, is a leadership coach and an International Coach Federation registered mentor coach helping coaches attain or renew their credential.She is the principal of True North Resources LLC, her coaching consultancy where she helps executives and entrepreneurs advance their leadership skills. Her coaching is founded on three decades of experience, many as a senior leader and marketing expert. As managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, she was one of their top one hundred female executives.As a Master Certified and Board Certified Coach, Paulette works with senior executives, high potentials, and emerging leaders at Fortune 500 and smaller organizations to develop and hone the skills they need to improve their performance and develop others as well as create positive and profitable change. While she has worked extensively with senior male executives, she has gained special notoriety working with female leaders to grow their confidence, presence, and leadership skills, based on her personal experience.Through her teaching at New York University in the undergraduate and graduate coaching certification programs, Paulette trains coaches in core competencies, creating a sustainable practice and/or creating a coaching culture in their organization.
