After two decades leading business units, corporate services, and human resources in startups to large companies, I founded Ashlin Associates in 2007. More than 15 years later, today Ashlin Associates combines our business acumen, global intelligence, and expertise in addressing complex projects to provide organizational design and development, executive and employee development, and human resources services to businesses representing all industries.
