ABOUT PAUL ETERNO CHRISTIANCONSULTANTACN FRANCHISE OWNER

After a highly successful 37+ year career as a Human Resources Executive in Manhattan and Long Island, I began a new chapter in Real Estate—driven by curiosity, purpose, and a passion for impact.My real estate journey began with hands-on training in tax deed and lien acquisitions, where I secured 11 properties in just 15 months. That early momentum earned me a nomination to a national mastermind group sponsored by the U.S. Tax Lien Association. I went on to co-found Legacy Property Partners USA, a commercial real estate partnership that co-sponsored and acquired 8 multifamily apartment complexes across the U.S. At our peak, we managed 750 doors with $50M in assets under management.In May 2023, I launched a digital essential services business with ACN—marking a new expansion into entrepreneurial ventures. Just three days later, I experienced the greatest tragedy of my life: the loss of my beloved son, P.J.From that heartbreak, a mission was born. I founded the Paul John Eterno Memorial Giving Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that allocates a portion of my business proceeds each year to support child-focused charitable organizations. It’s how I strive to turn pain into purpose—and to keep P.J.’s legacy alive.I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Executive Management from St. John’s University. I also previously held the SPHR designation through SHRM.I’m blessed to be married to my wonderful wife of 28 years, Ann Marie, and we’re proud parents to two incredible college-aged children, Olivia and Garrett. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, participating in men’s events at church, growing in my Christian faith, and playing a round of golf whenever I can.
