Network for Learning (N4L) is a Crown-owned technology company connecting more than 2,500 schools and kura across Aotearoa New Zealand to faster, safer internet for learning.N4L is focused on improving digital learning experiences and educational outcomes by developing smart, reliable technologies that enable kaiako and ākonga to focus on what matters most — teaching and learning.As Internal Communications Lead, I’m responsible for developing and delivering a strategic internal communications framework that supports organisational growth, strengthens employee engagement, and connects people to N4L’s purpose, values, and direction.Alongside this, I’m supporting the delivery of a range of initiatives designed to embed N4L’s values in everyday practice, enhance collaboration across locations, and celebrate the collective impact of our people.It’s a privilege to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that plays a vital role in helping over learners and teachers across Aotearoa experience a safer, more connected digital learning environment.
