During the course of my career I have helped a number organisations design, build and deliver data migration strategies for Microsoft ERP applications spanning retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing.I have worked in the industry as a Data Migration Specialist, Data Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst and as a SQL Developer accruing over 20 years’ experience in business and technical roles across the full systems development life cycle from definition of requirements, data analysis, solution design, development coding, testing, through to full data migration and implementation.I have always adopted a best practice focus supported by a good working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools and I possess a strong technical background across various databases systems and ERP related technologies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the business including stakeholders, project teams, third party suppliers and partners to engage, influence, build rapport and develop strong relationships.I have always strived to be adaptable to the specific needs of each client I have worked with and had exposure over a wide range of industries. I have consistently delivered complex projects within budget and quite often against challenging timelines.I have an analytical mind that is solution focused and as such I excel at overcoming challenges.
