A senior leader in Vodafone’s Global Presales Design & Delivery Function (VBTS), comprising of nearly resources across all regions. I lead a centralised function of around 150 employees, which works across all chapters, tribes and squads and have several key accountabilities: Business Support & PMO: Responsible for the management of all internal and customer demand from multiple business areas across Vodafone Business and Local Markets into VBTS, Process development, governance, resource allocation of VBTS resources onshore and in VOIS shared Services, capacity forecasting, demand planning, demand manager support and supporting demand prioritisation. Business Transformation: VBTS Business Transformation capability and programmes, working closely with the business to define transformation demand, shape requirements, manage priorities, and then the delivery through a scaled Agile (SAFe) structure with the Build and Run trains in Vodafone Business IT. Management of the transformation budget, spend planning, capitalizing internal resources, budget creations, allocation & Management. Service Architecture Own the Global Presales, assessment and transition team who design and deliver service operating models for Vodafone Business International customers. The team manages all aspects of the design and implementation until it is handed into in-life operational assurance. Product & Service Introduction: Management of the VBTS Product Interlock, building the framework and engagement with Product to ensure VBTS is ready to support new products and product enhancements. Managing the business readiness, process & tools development and product sign off across VBTS.
