I am a perceptive and engaging business leader and change agent with more than 25 years’ experience driving performance and mitigating risk for leading players in financial services, including roles as CEO, COO, CRO and board advisor. I possess detailed knowledge of banking and insurance markets, and their regulatory and technology drivers, offering a unique perspective from my experience as a regulator, C-suite leader and consultant, with proven ability to conceive innovative strategy and implement business transformation.As COO and CRO for Amigo Loans over the past few years, I have played a central role in overcoming the odds to turn the business around, addressing a number of well-publicised regulatory and risk issues and establishing a new lending proposition under the RewardRate brand.Valued for my ability to identify opportunities and risks, shape and execute strategy accordingly, I leverage deep expertise in resolving conflicting stakeholder needs, regulatory complexity, operational demands, and addressing commercial imperatives.
