My background is in regulated industries; financial, healthcare and government. I have held in roles at the level of engineer, manager and director. I have played key roles in a number of highly visible, technically sophisticated and successful enterprise projects from initiation through closing. In addition, I have created, maintained and improved in-place operations and programs. I strive for success by creating win/win situations. I believe in winning hearts as much as minds, as it fosters a positive and successful experience for all. These traits, in turn, have allowed my firms, my teammates and myself to be successful. I believe that listening, gaining trust and receiving buy-in from all the stake holders is key to achieving focused business oriented objectives that are on schedule, on budget and stress free.
