As CTO for MIT Dynamic I\'ve watched business move from analog to digital and then to IP communications. The next sea-change is of course the complete transition to hosted voice and UC where MIT are at the forefront with Manufacturers, Carriers and SI\'s in creating cutting edge voice migration solutions and Business Intelligence solutions. My role at MIT is to ensure that we continue our agile development processes to create robust migration solutions to help our partners move all legacy communications platforms into their preferred cloud provider.
