I am a lawyer who has been practicing criminal law with Prouse, Dash & Crouch, LLP since 2002. I first articled with the firm and joined the firm after being called to the bar in 2002. I focus my practice in the area of Criminal Law and Regulatory offenses.I understand the importance of providing advice to clients in a timely manner. I am available to assist from the moment an individual is arrested and taken to the police station, to assisting sureties with a bail hearing to secure the release of a client, all the way to the conclusion of a matter. I will defend individuals charged with any type of criminal matter, including assault, theft, fraud, impaired driving, dangerous driving, attempt murder, drug offences and other federal matters.In order to strengthen my knowledge regarding impairment and therefore my ability to successfully defend in matters involving impairment, I have completed the Intoxilyzer Breath Alcohol Technician course that is offered by ITD Ltd, the agents solely authorized in Intoxilyzer training in Canada. During my years at Prouse Dash & Crouch, LLP, I have represented clients and assisted clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.My oral advocacy skills in conjunction with my thorough preparation of a matter will bring about positive results for my clients. I will help you at all stages from the bail hearing to the trial, and appeal if necessary.I offer services in both English and Punjabi and I am available for evening and weekend appointments.
