With over a decade at the forefront of talent and influencer representation, Paul Desisto has established himself as one of the original builders of the modern endorsement industry. In 2013, while at CEG, Paul launched and scaled the agency’s endorsement division from $2 million to over $100 million in annual revenues by 2021, leading to a successful exit.In 2022, he founded PD Talent, carrying forward a significant roster of creators and longstanding brand relationships. Under his leadership, PD Talent has quickly become one of the fastest-growing management firms in the U.S, representing more than 150 top creators across sports WAGs, entertainment, family lifestyle, and digital-first talent, with a focus on brand partnerships, affiliate commerce, and licensing.Since 2013, Paul has negotiated and closed over $600 million in influencer and branding deals, working with iconic DTC and consumer brands including FabFitFun, Brümate, Pura Vida, SmileDirectClub, MVMT, Hello Fresh, and Ruggable. His track record spans reality television talent from The Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars, scripted and non-scripted castings, movie contracts, concerts, live events, book deals, and podcasts for major networks.A New Jersey native, Paul got his start as a college DJ before joining Billboard, bringing his creative drive into the entertainment world. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey. Outside of talent representation, Paul is deeply committed to philanthropy — recognized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) as a 2019 “Man of the Year” nominee — and is passionate about real estate and global travel.
