Voluntary roles: Secretary for SEI\'s Women\'s Network; Committee Member of the Philadelphia Java Users’ Group (PhillyJUG); Treasurer of the BCS USA Section, Inc. Over 30 years experience in designing applications and managing technical teams, 19 of which in Finance: Management of Development: Led 100+ developers. Migrated department to Agile Software Development practices. Ran innovative bug war games and built staff engagement through video bulletins. Technology Design: Designed front through back office systems for a wide variety of financial systems. Built and implemented highly scalable solutions that process over a million transactions daily in some of the largest financial institutions around the globe. Led GUI migration project. Technology Roadmap: Shaped the technological direction and product architecture for four products.
