As a 25+ year global legal, compliance and privacy executive in biotech, my career is deeply rooted in the intricate world of corporate compliance, healthcare law and regulatory leadership. I\'ve carved a legacy defined by unwavering commitment, innovation, and operational excellence.My extensive global, corporate leadership experience spans an array of legal domains, including, law, compliance, regulatory affairs, privacy, and U.S. Department of Justice investigations/settlements. With significant exposure to international markets, I\'ve worked on anti-corruption and anti-money laundering initiatives, offering broad regulatory expertise both in the U.S. and abroad.At the heart of my professional journey is a dedication to operational excellence. I\'ve been the architect behind the development, implementation, and management of five corporate compliance and privacy programs within the biotech/pharmaceutical realm. Steering budgets of up to $5 million, I\'ve orchestrated transformative change that yielded substantial efficiencies.My responsibilities within compliance and privacy matters have allowed me to work across 75 countries within North America, EMEA, LATAM, and Asia-Pacific. One of my notable achievements was establishing a global transparency program, which meticulously tracked and reported more than $250 million in annual healthcare professional spend.I have successfully integrated three global compliance programs after three acquisitions within an 18-month window. This feat produced more than $6 million in efficiencies and laid the foundation for a robust and unified compliance infrastructure.My journey has been defined by an unrelenting pursuit of compliance excellence, international exposure, and the ability to steer organizations through complex regulatory landscapes.
