I work as a Head of Machine Learning and Standards for APImetrics where I am involved with an active performance and quality monitoring systems for APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), undertaking development of machine learning/artificial intelligence functionality to extract business-critical insights and intelligence from real-time and historical API test data. I primarily program in Python using Jupyter Notebook using tools including pandas and scikit-learn. I also undertake related technical sales and marketing activities. Co-author of patent \"Continuous monitoring for performance evaluation of service interfaces\"(US patent 10,644,962, issued 16 May 2020) for core APImetrics technology.
