I get out of bed fastest when I know that I will get to spend my day helping others do what they do best, better. First and foremost, I\'m a teacher, coach, and developer of talent. I\'m driven by \"light-bulb moments.\" I enjoy solving complex problems and being in situations - both in groups and individually - where critical thinking is necessary. New situations and challenges are incredibly energizing for me. I am also passionate about leadership development, because innovation drives success and we need leaders at all levels of our work to make the best decisions on behalf of their students.
