ABOUT PAUL KNIGHT

I’m a co-founder of RPNA, a consultancy built on the belief that the toughest challenges demand small, trusted teams who deliver with integrity, quality, and impact. Over the past three years, we’ve grown RPNA from an idea into a business that already punches well above its weight - working with public sector and mission-driven private sector organisations to navigate complexity, transform how they work, and deliver lasting results.My career before RPNA was spent leading major programmes of transformation and turnaround - from local government to national agencies and beyond. I’ve supported organisations in moments of ambition and in times of challenge, helping leaders and their teams see the way forward, design what needs to change, and build the capability to sustain it.What motivates me now is building a consultancy that delivers the highest quality work on the issues that matter most. Work that is ambitious in its aims, uncompromising in its standards, and trusted because of the way it is delivered.
