Served as the Product Owner coordinating Automated Change Management through an integration that allowed the Security Engineering teams Net MRI application to integrate with ServiceNow allowing the entire process for a standard change to be automated from initiation to completion with 200 changes performed in the first six months. Executed the integration for financial information related to IT assets, increased the timeliness of current data in addition to expanding capabilities around with real-time access to the data, creating transparency and ownership of IT assets related to finance with a better understanding of costs associated with end-of-life assets still in use. Defined product road map and prioritization of the backlog to align with the vision in order to market and customer demands in a timely manner. Executed and prioritized enhancements and platform initiatives for the ServiceNow platform portfolio consisting of all ITSM modules, Integrations, ITAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Vulnerability Response.
