   VETS - Beyond the Uniform is a California Non-Profit Corporation.The VETS - Beyond the Uniform program, also known as Veterans Educational Transformation Solutions - Beyond The Uniform, is a coaching, mentoring, and training program developed by military veterans with the specific mission to provide military veterans and their spouses with free coaching & mentoring services, and training workshops & certification programs to support their success in the civilian world, whether it be as an employee or as a business owner.Our vision is to NOT be a standard transition program. VETS - Beyond the Uniform is a transformation program, and our vision is to improve each veteran\'s chances for successful long-term careers by providing each veteran with a wide range of services including specialized assessments, one-on-one coaching & mentoring, video interview packages, and access to hundreds of workshops to support the certifications & skills required in the civilian workforce.Our program is designed to work as a stand-alone mentoring & training program or alongside the existing military transition programs. Unlike a lot of the other programs, VETS - Beyond the Uniform provides veterans transitioning from the military service and military spouses with over 250 free soft-skills training workshops, webinars, and self-paced online training to help them successfully integrate and to be effective in the business world and civilian workforce. We provide the required skills and eliminate the culture shock between military & corporate cultures.
