   Responsible for the Boeing MyBoeingFleet (MBF) Agile Release Train (ART), a focal point for communication and coordination with all scrum teams in the ART. Highlights include: • Planned and facilitated ART Program Increment (PI) planning events, including the readiness/preparation activities in advance to ensure teams are ready for the session. • Collaborated with cross-functional development team members (on-shore and off-shore) to analyze potential system solutions based on evolving client requirements. • Facilitated scrum of scrums, system demos, release events and retrospectives. • Ensured prioritization alignment, resolved conflicts, negotiated with external teams and clear cross-team/ART-level impediments and risks so the train delivers commitments and realizes business value. • Fostered information sharing, creating a collaborative environment. • Provided reporting & metric analysis to leadership. • Managed and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Board • Tracked and reported on progress of epic, feature, costs, benefits etc. using appropriate tools like MS Azure ADO and Clarity • Improved the flow of value on the train by reducing lead times and bottlenecks in the value stream. • Drove scrum team progress to overcome obstacles and realize success throughout the life of each sprint. • Collaborated with product owners, team members, technologists and other scrum masters to define solutions and drive progress. • Coached teams in Agile practices and provided necessary training to create positive mindset to Agile methodologies.
