With 30 years’ experience across events, creative, training, and consulting – spanning business leadership, P&L and commercial management, cultural change, strategy, M&A, pitching, creative, and client services – I’ve transitioned from permanent roles to consulting, providing interim and fractional support for ambitious event businesses through Polar North Ltd.Polar North will operate primarily as a fractional consultancy, helping businesses grow, solve complex challenges, and seize new opportunities.
