As an RPA & RCM Systems Specialist, I manage and optimize Robotic Process Automations (RPAs/bots) that support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). My role combines technical automation oversight with operational workflow expertise, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial impact across healthcare operations- Monitor and analyze daily RPA output reports to identify and triage performance issues- Maintain the RCM RPA inventory on the Monday Board and ensure accuracy of workflow documentation- Partner with Product Engineering, Training, and RCM leadership to align system capabilities with business needs- Identify automation opportunities that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve revenue capture- Support inbound automation requests and coordinate data collection for reporting and analysis- Collaborate with Product Engineering to meet all requirements for RPA submission and deployment- Develop, test, and refine automated workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams- Ensure compliance with all policy expectations prior to bot development- Maintain continuous communication with Product Teams throughout development, testing, and production phases- Apply best practices in automation lifecycle management — from design through deployment and monitoring.
