A QS-turned-Project Manager, I joined RLB in 1995, where I trained as a quantity surveyor for the firm’s Sydney office. Upon moving to the U.S. in 1997, I pivoted my skillset to become an expert in construction project management.During my two-decade career I have advised on more than $10B worth of projects, developing and executing custom construction-management programs to help clients achieve commercial success – helping them overcome any obstacles that came their way.I like to think of myself as a relationship builder. I prioritize building trust with clients and helping them to make informed decisions for their projects. I’m also an advocate for cultivating a company culture that encourages internal growth and mentors staff, investing in them and valuing their contributions.
