Responsible for delivering System Architecture Strategic Planning and Project Execution Leadership consulting services for Manufacturing Execution System (MES)/ Manufacturing Information Technology (MIT) Implementations / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems • Managed the on-time and under-budget implementation of the MES and Historian systems for a $2+Billion I/O) USA based greenfield Pharma Site. This included: system requirements definition, procurement process oversight, detailed design specification process, configuration and coding, Factory Acceptance Testing and system software delivery. • Managed the coordination of seven international dispersed vendor teams located in South Korea, India, Croatia, Finland, Netherlands, Malaysia and Canada in the definition and implementation of an Aluminum Rolling Mill MES system within a new fully integrated facility in Saudi Arabia; including establishing and tracking project processes, the definition of the detailed specifications for the interactions of the MES system with the Automation and ERP systems, and contract oversight review on behalf of the client. • Responsible for the development and execution of a systems survey process for use with new and existing clients to determine the characteristics and project execution processes for MES and other related execution systems within manufacturing. • Managed the design and execution of the IT operations of a Software Consulting Firm to “Cloud Based” architecture
