Between August 2024 and April 2025, I had a part-time contract with Armanino. In October 2025 I started another part-time contract with Armanino. It is expected to end in June 2026. I am doing solution architect work primarily for a Field Service implementation of D365 CE integrated with D365 Finance & Supply Chain. I will be available for new part-time work starting in July 2026. Recent experience prior to my part time roles…From 2015 to 2023 I worked full-time as a D365 CE Solution Architect at Hitachi Solutions. I specialized in the design and architecture of business application systems utilizing the integrated D365 solutions platform. Prior experience: Starting in 1984 I have been designing and implementing systems for sales, marketing, and customer service departments (since exclusively affiliated with CRM software and solutions integrated with ERP systems) including the mentoring, development and growth of local and virtual services teams. My schooling was at the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Information Systems (1990). I have consulted in a broad range of industries and operational departments and have worked in diverse IT development, training, business analysis and architect roles.Specialties: Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service, Finance and Operations, Supply Chain, DualWrite, Solution Architecture, Practice Development, Business-CRM strategy consulting, Process Change Management, Project Management, Business analysis, Portals, data integrations and data migration.
