I am a Chartered Accountant and Tax Manager at Xeinadin with over a decade of experience across audit, corporate tax compliance, and advisory.Wherever I work, my focus is simple. I look for ways to improve how things are done. For me, that means making processes more efficient, strengthening risk management, and improving overall quality so that teams can deliver better work in less time.In my current role, I manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients covering corporation tax computations, returns, and tax accounting. Alongside delivery, I take a systems-driven approach to the work, designing and refining processes so they are more consistent, scalable, and easier to review.I actively use automation, data, and Generative AI tools alongside technical tax knowledge to improve how compliance is performed. This includes streamlining workflows, improving the clarity and consistency of outputs, and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.I am particularly interested in building repeatable systems that make complex work simpler and more robust, rather than relying on one-off effort each cycle.A key part of my role is developing others.
