Parker Remick is a boutique executive search firm focused on technology leaders. We help founders and top executives form entrepreneurial leadership teams that envision and build game changing products. We work with established companies like Google, Block (Square), Twitter, and Walmart; high growth, late stage startups like DoorDash, Instacart, and HelloFresh; recently IPO\'ed companies like Nextdoor, Stitch Fix and Olo; and startups backed by leading VC firms like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia. As a Principal I develop candidates for our search projects; lead the research (sourcing) efforts to identify top leaders for our search projects; partner with my teammates in developing and executing our search strategies; mentor and train new Analysts, Associates and Principal Consultants; and contribute to our firm wide efforts towards continual improvement.
