Makes recommendations to management regarding long-term contractors and/or additions to staff- Analyze project charters and business cases to determine the time frame, funding limitations and appropriate processes for accomplishing projects- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan- Assists the Business Partners and Decision Support to provide project communications including Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Reviews. Assist in providing coordination activities of project personnel to ensure projects deliver on schedule and within budget to support the Business Partners and Decision Support.
