As founder and managing director at Berwins I led its development to become one of the leading law firms in its area - based in Yorkshire, with offices in Harrogate, Leeds and York, and presences nationally and internationally. Having stepped down from Berwins, I now focus on my standalone mediation practice. I am a CEDR accredited mediator, full Civil Mediation Council member and co-founded the Society for Computers & Law Mediation Panel.
