After achieving a degree at university in Bristol, a career in the construction industry was aligned through not wanting to upset the previous 5 family generations.After several senior roles I became MD at the family business at the ripe age of 30. Over the past decade the Company has seen exponential bottom line growth and a real investment in people. This has resulted from listening to mentors and learning from mistakes.During this time, I have taken on directorships at our national buying group, chairmanship of Federation kitchen and bathrooms driving awareness and growth in this sector.Along with the very rewarding Board position at Cheltenham Town Football Club, boyhood club, and something that I want to use my skill sets to enable the Club to prosper and push through the Football League pyramid.
