Directed the Accelerate Results (AR) initiative for the site by leveraging DMAIC projects and other Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive out losses. Increased the OEE on a key production line by 22 percentage points from a pre-AR baseline of 48% to 70%.• Executed a site-wide Loss and Waste Analysis that identified $1.4 million in cost savings opportunities, which were incorporated into both the CI cost savings project hopper and the multi-year capital plan.• Managed the site’s gap ladder to identify and reduce inefficiencies across all production areas. Associated loss elimination activities drove a site volume increase of 33% from FY24 to FY25 and a plant OEE increase from 51% in FY25 to 69% for February FY26.• Led the development and rollout of standardized agglomeration throughput metrics (yield, performance, availability), embedding them into daily management routines to improve bottleneck visibility, focus loss elimination efforts, and strengthen performance accountability.

ABOUT PAUL BAUBLITZ

I’m a senior manufacturing leader with 15+ years of experience improving performance in complex manufacturing environments through plant engineering, operational excellence, capital execution, and process improvement. My background combines technical depth with practical leadership, including more than 7 years of people leadership across engineering, continuous improvement, and site support functions.I’ve built my career leading teams, strengthening manufacturing systems, and delivering measurable business results through disciplined execution and strong cross-functional collaboration. My experience spans plant engineering, site operations support, manufacturing strategy, capital planning, startup and scale-up, and continuous improvement. At Clorox, I’ve held leadership roles spanning plant engineering and continuous improvement while helping support the startup and operation of a $150M greenfield cat litter facility. My recent work includes increasing OEE on a key production line from 48% to 70%, identifying $1.4M in cost-savings opportunities through a site-wide loss and waste analysis, helping enable a 33% site volume increase, managing a $6M capital budget, and building the vendor, environmental, and performance systems needed to sustain site results.Earlier in my career, I led automation and capital projects that expanded capacity, improved reliability, and reduced cost. That includes a robotics project that eliminated 13 labor roles and delivered $500K in annual savings. Across roles, I’ve worked in high-performance manufacturing settings where results depend on strong execution, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead across operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, EHS, and supply chain.I’m strongest in roles that require translating business needs into site execution: setting priorities, improving reliability and performance, leading capital portfolios, developing people, and building the systems needed to scale safely and effectively.Core strengths: Plant Engineering, Manufacturing Leadership, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Capital Planning, Capital Projects, Startup/Scale-Up, OEE Improvement, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Equipment Reliability, Automation, Process Engineering, Vendor Management, Environmental Systems, and Team Development.
