I’m the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Community Fundraising Manager for the British Heart Foundation. Research is my passion but my role is so much bigger than that. I want everyone to know how to reduce their risk of heart and circulatory diseases - high blood pressure, cholesterol and obesity are major risk factors for heart and circulatory diseases so if I can help your workforce reduce their risk let me know. Prevention is better than treatment. After losing my father in law, I\'m passionate about increasing survival rates from out of hospital cardiac arrests & creating a nation of lifesavers. Every person should make it their mission to learn CPR and my incredible network of volunteers can show you how.Proud to be described by my Manager as “inspirationally insane” and “a champion of the people!” I’m happy to connect and collaborate with like minded people from across the charity sector and the broader business world - just bring a smile and a kind heart.but never bring mint chocolate, I\'m allergic to mint chocolate!
