Develop and implement the strategy of the Commercial Turbine business unit for Champion Aerospace, driving the growth of the business from $47M to $200M in three years. Champion is held by TransDigm Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and managing the $200M P&L, developing customer relationships, working closely with Operations to ensure timely customer deliveries and issue resolution, optimizing processes, forecasting sales and bookings, and managing large OE Customers and distributors. Also responsible for annual planning, new product launches, and integration with customer engineering and operations.
