Regional Operations Manager responsible for 8 Districts in Coastal North Carolina, Northeast and Central Florida. I have been tasked with rejuvenating many facets of the market that are in need of professional TLC. I am actively recruiting District Managers and Store Managers that want to make a difference and be part of something special in all markets. My plan as always is building customer service driven teams that can grow sales and profitability by going back to basics. We are focusing immediately on building engaged teams that can improve customer service, store image, properly order to improve daily in stock conditions. Additionally, we have wrestling back control of expenses including labor / overtime, cash and inventory losses. I expect to these areas to continue to improve as we continue to upgrade, hire & train new team members while developing existing team members.
