ABOUT PAULA DAVIS
I have been at Te Kawa Mataaho | Public Service Commission since April 2022. In my role, I support the human resource community to implement a consistent and coordinated approach to workforce issues and building capability across the public sector. A proud public servant, I have almost 20 years’ experience in the public service, starting at the frontline at the Rotorua Māori Land Court in the Ministry of Justice. I honed my leadership skills in HR at Te Puni Kōkiri, enjoying the focus on thriving whānau. In my spare time, I enjoy growing my reo, exploring Te Whanganui-a-Tara, as well as returning home to the whānau in Rotorua.
