Building on the Jewish precept of Tikkun Olam to perfect or help fix the world through the promotion of Justice and Fairness for all. Paul currently serves on the Montefiore-Nyack Hospital Board of Directors: Board of Directors of Rockland Community Foundation, Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, Justice Brandeis Law Society Executive Committee, Holocaust Museum for Tolerance and Education Advisory Board, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors – Legislative Steering Committee, Nyack Branch of the NAACP Executive Board, Rockland PRIDE founding Board Member and Westchester County Association’s Blueprint for Smart Growth Committee and The Real Estate Taskforce. In 2013, Paul proudly completed the “Undoing Racism Course” given by the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond and VCS. Paul was named “2011 Philanthropist of the Year”, and received the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Services to the Rockland Business Association in 2012. In 2013, Paul and Mary Adler received the Prime Ministers Award – State of Israel Bonds. In 2014, Paul was awarded the “Lifetime of Friendship and Service Award” from Camp Venture. People To People in 2014, honored Paul and Mary with its prestigious Friend of PtoP Award. In 2015, Paul earned the coveted Spirit of the Company Award from Rand Realty, Rand Commercial & Hudson United. The Center For Safety and Change (formerly Rockland Family Shelter) has bestowed the First Carolyn Fish Human Rights Award to Paul for 2017.
