I have been fascinated since childhood with how some people succeed and others don\'t, and love to work with people who want to achieve more in their lives and their businesses. I am an ICF coach and an NLP practitioner and using these skills, along with my experience of being a business owner I help people reach their full potential.As Chairman of two peer-to-peer groups at Vistage UK, I have coached and mentored business leaders to unlock their potential, take their businesses to the next level and achieve balance in their lives. Vistage is an experiential platform for business leaders and directors. Our members find that the peer advisory and leadership development environment we provide has a profound effect on their growth as a leader and soon discover that their companies and personal lives also experience significant benefit.I am also a non executive director helping businesses plan and implement strategy. Finally, I love to take small groups to the Normandy beaches on immersive leadership experiences, walking them through the situations and leadership decisions that were made over 70 years ago yet still have power and relevance for today\'s businesses.My professional specialist areas are- Leadership Development - Executive Coaching and Mentoring- Facilitation- Company Culture
