KEY COMPETENCIES: RESEARCH, COMMUNICATIONS, STORYTELLING, STRATEGY, ADVOCACY, PUBLIC SPEAKING, K-16 EDUCATION, PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION, POLICY, CROSS-SECTOR COLLABORATION.Conduct research and data analysis to support policy priorities, evidence-based program design, and decision-making, and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.Collect, analyze, and visualize data for GIA dashboards, reports, website, press releases, and other publications.Translate data into compelling narratives for public presentations and data walks.Communicate regional stories through multimedia channels such as dashboards, blogs, infographics, social media, and video content.Act as a thought partner to align community partners toward achieving common goals.Conduct research and assist with evaluating strategic and tactical plans to support GIA’s Action Network Team (ANTs).Design and implement continuous improvement plans to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.Support cross-sector, intersegmental partnership efforts to strengthen regional collaboration.Leverage expertise in cross-sector collaborations, including school districts, higher education institutions, government agencies, other nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic partners.Assist in strategic planning initiatives.Engage stakeholders to support regional educational and workforce initiatives.Develop and implement strategies to monitor progress in regional educational attainment.Advocate for policies and initiatives that advance educational and workforce development goals.
