From the day I entered the work world I found myself interested in organizational effectiveness. I was fascinated by diverse company cultures, motivated by inspirational leadership, perplexed by unenlightened managers, and intrigued with team functionality. It was the impact of these various dynamics on an organization’s success that truly captivated me.Over my years in Account Management and Sales, I had the privilege to work for a variety of companies and industries. My early career path was not clear, or easily found, as I searched to find my passion and meaning in my work. Through it all I kept learning, honing my skills, adapting to the changing environments, and observing the various workplace dynamics I found so interesting. My journey and varied professional experience laid the foundation for the work I do today at FranklinCovey.
